DR2 PC: Change Language

Hello, all.
I'm posting because I'm in a bit of a bind. I bought Dead Rising 2 off eBay only to find I had purchased the Ukrainian version. I was hoping to find the Language option on my own, but I've had no luck.

For someone more acquainted with the PC's menu screen, can you tell me where Language is? (Or which config file has the info.)

You'd be helping me out of quite the jam.

EDIT: Someone directed me to two language changer/selector programs, both of which did not work.
