I wouldn't say busted... we've worked on projects much longer than this. I haven't given up.

I think i know whats wrong... but i can't be sure of it. in DR2, dropping the new cTheme codes in for invicibility and speed were intentionally left vague as to which clothing item it applied to, and the game would thus set it to the player character. OTR has the original dlcs for DR2 in game, but has added new coding requiring a certain number of the outfit's pieces to be worn to gain its attributes, ergo, i think the problem lies in the fact that you have "RequiredPartsCount = "0""
again, just a theory, but I think what that says is any character who is not wearing any special clothing item gets the same attributes because they are wearing 0/0 parts...
if this is the case, the invincibility and speed codes would have to be attatched to a certain clothing item for it to work only on frank...
if anyone has any know-how on how to do this, please let us know if it works, because my coding skills dont really exceed common sense...
EDIT: just checked the code for OTR dlc outfits, they all have RequiredPartsCount set to 1, so I think this should work, unfortunately, it means invincibility would be limited to a single outfit...

actually, i think i got it worked out. i'm emulating the code from the other outfits with attributes, most notaly protoman costume, or what ever it's called. i still have to finish up and test it, but if i set RequiredPartsCount to 1 as well, i may be able to allow every outfit to work as long as you keep one part of franks default outfit... wish me luck...
EDIT: grrrrr... me no get progress. lol. i guess someone with a bit more experience will have to take a look.

Ok, so I have been working on this for three weeks now. I've become pretty good with modding this game. But for some reason I cant get this one figured out. I thought of this as well where you have to alter a specific outfit; such as the psychopath outfit since it already has a damage reduction on it.
What I have found is if you have the whole outfit on 4/4 or change it to where you only need one item on of the whole outfit, it is still effecting all psycho models.
I'm still looking through all the coding in the items.txt to see if I can get it to change only frank.
I've got a few ideas that I will be trying out. For example; I have noticed there are items that specify if a survivor can use it or not. I'm going to see if I can rewrite some of the coding to where no psychos or survivors can use the specified item and also include this into it somehow.
I'll get back to you soon after testing it.
Edit: So I have tried adding restrictions to this as I have seen on a few items; both NPC restrictions and Frank restrictions, I am still unable to get it working. However I am finding that there are "Override" codes that can be used. I am unfamiliar with how these overrides work but I am still learning.
Has anyone tried using the Override code and have you been able to get it working with any mod? If so please advise as to what is mandatory with this command so I can play around with it.

If you edit the decrease player damage to .75 instead of a full 1 you can still kill the thugs and psychopaths, and you won't take damage from zombies or psycho paths. Damage from the military I'm not sure of but i will update as soon as i find out!
