I'm putting together a texture mod that should make Frank look as spry as he did during the Willamette incident and if I'm unable to have the actual journalist suit put back in the game I'll just be texture modding the default outfit into his leather jacket and green khaki pants.

Knew someone would do this sooner or later.I was actually disappointed that they didn't put his DR1 Outfit in as a reward for saving 50 survivors.

I was going to make a texture mode for his DR1 clothes but I guess it won't be necessary now! This looks pretty neat so far, keep up the good work, bro.

Currently I've been scouring the internet trying to find any of Frank's ACTUAL textures converted from whatever games he's been in, because re-creating them just won't do for me. And the face was all that can be found.

I came across a guy who is able to convert models/textures from the Wii version of Dead Rising so that will have to do, I contacted him but I have no idea if he'll reply.

So now we play the waiting game.

From the Wii version? Urgh. Isn there no way to get the Journalist Suit from Case West into OtR? That would be so PERFECT.

Converting stuff from consoles is probably the most pain in the ass thing you could do.

Knowing Capcom they'll probably release it as DLC soon.

Theres a DR1 Frank for Gmod from what I know.Textures on him are spot on actually.You could always try and use the textures from that model.

Here's the Gmod one, made using Nick's body. I'm trying to find the actual frank model, I had one at one time in gmod as well, it had model errors, but the textures should still be fine.

The guy wrote me back telling me Frank's Wii textures are 256x256. ouch, man.

I do know however that there is a Frank West in lost planet 2 that is the exact same model as DR1, but I tried for hours to find a tool or something to rip the textures from there, no luck.

There is a mod for Nick from L4D2 over at Gamebanana, it looks exactly like Frank's outfit in game and the texture. I am unsure of the size of the texture.
