I usually wear one piece from every single DLC pack to have all the bonuses. But it irritates me that I can't both wear hilarious costumes AND have these bonuses.
I know that the Psychopath Health thing can be done, but the other things for the other costumes? Like double ammo for the Soldier outfit, stuff like that.

Hello, yes it is possible. Just paste this in items.txt (at the top works just fine). I didn't personally test all this together, but I've tested everything individually and they work. Also you can mess with the attributes at the beginning (aka: DecreasedDamageToPlayerPercent). good luck!

I need to know how to get the sports fan faster walking speed in off the record without the outfit :/
When I try to add any lines to the items.txt when i try to load my game it tells me the file is corrupt. Even just altering a tiny value in a single line will tell me my save is corrupt.

it shouldn't do that for the items.txt
is your mission.txt modified in any way? that's what does it for me anyhow
for the faster walking speed without the sports fan outfit, the closest equiv i've figured is just making an outfit item with the default pieces and only requiring one piece.
in DR2 you could just not list any outfitname at all and it'd apply the bonus to everything but for OTR it crashes the game
them's the breaks i guess the one i use is this
cThemeItem frank { AnimCategoryChooserValue = "1" ClothingPartName = "frank_default" SpeedBoost = "60" OutfitName = "OUTFIT_DEFAULT_FRANK" RequiredPartsCount = "1" }
putting the requiredpartscount at 0 makes my game act extremely wonky and not load sometimes so.. yeah
but i bet it'd work

It's working now, I forgot that I had edited another file in my unpacked datafile_big folder that was making it screw up.
